The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy of the Republic of North Macedonia (MAFWE) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Agriculture Modernization Project (AMP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The Project aims to improve competitiveness in targeted agricultural sub-sectors and strengthen agricultural public sector readiness for EU accession.
The main objective of this assignment is to provide expert support in the design, procurement, and implementation oversight of an Integrated IT System within the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Economy (MAFWE), including hardware and software components, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, World Bank procurement policies, and international standards.
The Consultant shall perform the duties and responsibilities of the “Short term – IT Consultant” as specified in the Consultancy Contract, in close co-operation and consultation with the Client.
The Short term - IT Specialist will be engaged in the period of 12 (twelve) months on parttime basis at most of 140-man days per year. The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) is posted on the website of MAFWE on the following link.
